Leonardo Chico Reyes — Associate

Leonardo is an Associate at Sierra Capital, and joined the team in 2025. His responsibilities include supporting the advisory team in serving ultra-high-net-worth clients across the U.S. and Latin America, with a focus on business development and new client relationships.

Before joining Sierra Capital, Leonardo operated a luxury hospitality business in Mexico and gained experience in venture strategy and real estate development.

Leonardo earned a MSc in Management from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Finance and Accounting from Tecnológico de Monterrey, where he also completed a minor in Data Analytics and AI.

Outside of work Leonardo is a former Mexican national champion in slalom waterskiing.
